Mount Washington
and the White Mountains
Standing at 6,289 feet above sea level, it is the highest point on the East Coast. This peak makes up for it's unassuming height with it's intense weather conditions that change at the drop of a hat. You must be prepared, but the reward is worth the extra effort in planning.
